Is it right for your business?

The platform is designed for established companies with real revenue history to learn from.

$25M–$250M in annual revenue

Enough customers and transaction history to set a reliable baseline and find patterns worth acting on.

Your data lives in business systems

A CRM plus an ERP or finance system. Marketing and support data add depth to the analysis.

A team ready to review and approve

Sales, marketing, customer and finance leaders who will approve the work the agents prepare.

The revenue problems it solves

Most growth teams face the same five obstacles. Each one maps to a specific part of the platform.

  1. The problem

    Revenue signals are scattered

Opportunities and risks sit in separate CRM, finance, marketing and support systems, and no one sees the whole picture.

    How the platform helps

    One combined revenue picture

Connect HubSpot, Salesforce and Zendesk, and bring in ERP and finance data through a REST API, signed webhook or CSV. The platform analyses customers, pipeline, revenue and support history together.

  2. The problem

    Opportunities are spotted too late

Promising markets, stalled deals, expansion potential and churn risk surface after the moment to act has passed.

    How the platform helps

    Evidence-backed opportunities, continuously

Specialised agents look for underserved segments, funnel bottlenecks, cross-sell gaps and early churn signals. Each recommendation shows its evidence, estimated impact and confidence.

  3. The problem

    Too much manual coordination

Research, follow-ups, reporting and hand-offs between sales, marketing and customer teams consume the week.

    How the platform helps

Work drafted and coordinated for you

Agents draft outreach, follow-ups, campaign content and plays, and route them to the right person to approve. A Chief Revenue Officer agent plans each cycle and writes the executive briefing.

  4. The problem

    Growth is hard to attribute

Revenue goes up, but it is unclear which part came from new work and which would have happened anyway.

    How the platform helps

    Measured against an agreed baseline

Results are compared with your agreed historical baseline, adjusted for approved events such as price changes or acquisitions. Each sale is attributed once, and monthly statements show the full calculation.

  5. The problem

AI without limits is a risk

Handing software unchecked access to customer relationships, communications or budgets is not acceptable.

    How the platform helps

    Your team stays in control

External actions and spending wait for approval. Agents are blocked from changing prices, issuing refunds, offering discounts or signing contracts, and every step is logged.

How it works

Six steps, from connecting your data to a monthly statement of the growth the platform qualified for.

  1. 1

    Connect your systems

Link your CRM, support desk, and ERP or finance data. Nothing is sent to customers at this stage.

  2. 2

    Agree your baseline

Together we set the baseline: the revenue your own history says to expect without the platform. Approved adjustments, such as a price increase or an acquisition, are applied so they are never counted as new growth.

  3. 3

    Find opportunities

Eleven agents analyse the combined data and propose specific actions, each with evidence, estimated impact and confidence.

  4. 4

    Approve what happens

Your team reviews outreach, campaigns, budget shifts and plays. Nothing external happens without an approval from someone with the right permission.

  5. 5

    Execute the work

Approved messages are sent within consent, unsubscribe and quiet-hours rules, and agents carry out the approved plays and report back.

  6. 6

    Measure qualified results

Each month the platform attributes revenue to the activity that generated or influenced it and produces a fee statement you can check line by line.

Eleven specialised agents, one revenue plan

The Chief Revenue Officer agent sets priorities and delegates. Specialists report back and share context, so recommendations do not conflict.

You stay in control

The agents prepare and recommend. People decide. Guardrails, permissions and an audit trail are built into the platform.

Approvals before anything external

Outreach batches, campaign launches, budget changes and recommended plays are queued for a person to approve. For medium- and high-risk requests, the person who raised it cannot also approve it.

Actions agents can never take

Agents cannot move money, change prices, issue refunds, offer discounts, sign contracts or make binding commitments. These are blocked in the platform, not just discouraged.

Permissions that match roles

Executives, sales, marketing, finance and AI operators each see and approve only what their role allows. Each agent has its own tools and data permissions, and you choose which data classes agents may use.

A complete audit trail

Every agent step and every user decision is recorded. Monthly fee statements are sealed, so any later change to a statement is detectable.

Compliant outreach

Consent rules by country, a suppression list, an unsubscribe link in every email, quiet hours and daily send limits are checked before any message is sent.

Account security

Two-factor authentication, which you can require for your whole organization, and strict separation between customer organizations.

1%

of qualified incremental revenue

Calculated monthly, with a statement you can verify down to each transaction. Alternative terms may be available.

What “qualified incremental revenue” means

  • Incremental: revenue above your adjusted baseline. Growth you would have had anyway is not counted.
  • Attribution: each sale is matched to the platform activity that led to it, using rules set in your contract. A sale is counted only once.
  • Qualified: only revenue the platform generated or influenced under those rules. Revenue that was merely associated with platform activity is never billed.
  • Capped: under standard terms, qualified revenue can never exceed the total growth above the baseline.

A worked example

Illustrative
1
Revenue above the adjusted baseline
actual − agreed baseline
$2,000,000
2
Qualified revenue
generated or influenced, capped at (1)
$1,200,000
3
Performance fee
1% × (2)
$12,000

Common questions

What data do you need to get started?

Customer, lead and opportunity records from your CRM, and revenue transactions from your ERP or finance system. Marketing campaign and support ticket data improve the analysis. HubSpot, Salesforce and Zendesk connect directly; other systems connect through the REST API, a signed webhook or CSV import.

Will the agents contact our customers on their own?

No. Agents draft messages and group them for approval. Only approved messages are sent, and each one is checked against consent rules, your suppression list, quiet hours and daily limits, with an unsubscribe link included.

What if our revenue grows for reasons unrelated to the platform?

That growth is not billed. Only revenue above the adjusted baseline that the contract rules qualify as generated or influenced by platform activity counts. Revenue that was merely associated with platform activity is reported for visibility but never billed.

How do we check the performance fee?

Each month you receive a statement that shows the baseline, the approved adjustments and the transaction-level attribution behind the fee. Statements are sealed so any change is detectable, and your team can accept or dispute each one.

What does the $50,000 implementation fee cover?

Connecting your systems, establishing the baseline, configuring the AI workforce and onboarding each role on your team.

Are other commercial terms available?

Alternative terms may be available. Raise it when you start your deployment and we will discuss it with you.
