Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Jozie AI Inc. and any of Our Affiliates involved in processing Your Personal Data ("Company," "Jozie AI," "we," "our," and "us") collect, use and disclose information in connection with the AI Revenue Accelerator platform (the "Services"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
Our Two Roles
Controller. Jozie AI Inc. is the controller of the Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy that we collect to run our business and the Services — for example, information about the people who visit our website, create or use accounts, and communicate with us.
Processor. Our customers — the businesses that subscribe to the Services — upload or connect business data such as revenue records, customer and opportunity records, campaign data, and the names and contact details of their own leads, contacts and customer representatives ("Customer Data," including "Prospect Data"). We process Customer Data on behalf of, and on the instructions of, the customer, which is the controller of that data. This Privacy Policy does not govern Customer Data; our handling of it is governed by our agreement with the customer. If you are a lead or contact of one of our customers and have questions about how your information is used — including how you came to receive an email sent through the Services — please contact that customer directly. Every email sent through the Services identifies the sending customer and includes an unsubscribe link.
By using the Services, You acknowledge the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data we collect when You:
- Visit the AI Revenue Accelerator website;
- Use the Services as a customer or an authorized user (for example, as an employee of a customer who has given You access);
- Use the Services' unsubscribe pages; or
- Communicate with us about our products and services, whether by email, phone, in person or otherwise.

- "Account" means a unique account created for You to access the Services.
- "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company to facilitate, provide or support the Services.

Personal Data We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
- Account information: name, business email address, organization, job role, password (stored only as a salted hash), and two-factor authentication settings (authenticator secrets are stored encrypted).
- Professional and organization information: employer, title, organization profile and the role or persona assigned to You within Your organization.
- Billing information: contract terms, invoices, Fee Statements, payment status and payment references for Your organization.
- Communications: information You provide when You contact us, request support, or submit feedback.
- Content You submit: messages You send to the AI assistant, decisions and notes You record on approvals, and configuration You enter (for example, agent instructions and policies).
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and security data: IP address, browser type and version, user agent, pages and features used, dates and times of access, and actions You take in the Services.
- Audit records: to protect our customers, we record security-relevant events such as sign-ins, failed sign-ins, password and two-factor changes, permission and policy changes, approvals, data exports, and platform-administrator access to a customer organization, together with the IP address and user agent involved.
- AI activity records: logs of AI Workforce tasks, tool use, model calls and guardrail decisions, used to make the Services auditable.
Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about You from the customer organization that invites You to the Services (for example, Your name, email and role), and from third-party systems Your organization connects to the Services at its direction.
Cookies and Browser Storage
The Services use Your browser's local and session storage, not advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, to keep You signed in, remember Your display theme, and remember which organization a platform administrator is viewing. We do not sell Personal Data or use it for targeted advertising. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives Your IP address when fonts are requested. See our Cookie Notice for details.
How We Use Personal Data
- To provide and maintain the Services, including authenticating Users, enforcing role-based permissions and organization policies (such as required two-factor authentication), and monitoring the Services' operation.
- To manage Your Account and Your organization's membership, roles and settings.
- For the performance of a contract, including onboarding, implementation, calculating and issuing Fee Statements and invoices, and handling disputes and payments.
- To operate the AI features You use, including sending Your prompts and relevant business context to the AI provider Jozie AI uses for Your organization (Jozie AI or Anthropic) to generate AI Output.
- To secure the Services, detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and maintain audit logs.
- To contact You about the Services, including approvals awaiting You, security notices, account and billing matters, and changes to our terms.
- To provide You with information about products and services similar to those You use, unless You opt out.
- To comply with laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests and legal process, and maintain tax, accounting and audit records.
- To prosecute or defend legal claims and protect the rights or property of the Company and our customers.
- To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other transfer of some or all of our assets.
- To create aggregated, de-identified Platform Analytics that do not identify You, any customer or any individual, to improve the Services.
- For other purposes, as authorized or directed by You.
AI and Automated Processing
The Services use AI agents and large language models to analyze business data and write drafts such as executive briefings, outreach emails and campaign content. Our AI providers are Jozie AI and Anthropic. Depending on the provider Jozie AI uses for Your organization, AI requests are processed by Jozie AI's own model service or by Anthropic, in each case only to generate the requested output. Numerical analyses — including attribution and fee calculations — are computed by deterministic software from the underlying data, not by a language model. AI Output is reviewed by people before it is acted upon: emails, campaign launches, budget changes and similar actions require approval by an authorized User. The Services do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
How We Share Personal Data
- Within Your organization: information about Your use of the Services (for example, approvals You decide and changes You make) is visible to authorized users of Your organization, including in its audit log.
- With Service Providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf, such as infrastructure and database hosting, email delivery, and AI model providers, under obligations of confidentiality and security.
- With third-party systems Your organization connects (for example, CRM or ERP systems), at Your organization's direction.
- With Affiliates, who will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.
- With law enforcement or other government authorities when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- For business transfers, in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
We do not sell Personal Data.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest of integration credentials, authenticator secrets and other sensitive fields, salted password hashing, two-factor authentication, logical separation of each customer's data, role-based access controls, rate limiting and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Account information is kept for the life of the Account. Security audit records are kept for five (5) years and then deleted. Records supporting issued Fee Statements and invoices are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Customer Data is retained and deleted as instructed by the customer and as provided in our agreement with the customer. We may retain Personal Data longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed at our operating offices and wherever the parties involved in processing are located, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Your Choices
- You may choose not to provide the Personal Data we request, although this may limit Your ability to use certain features of the Services.
- You may update Your profile and security settings, including two-factor authentication, in the Services' Settings.
- You may opt out of promotional emails from us at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We will still send You service, security and billing communications.
- If You received an email sent through the Services on behalf of one of our customers, You can use the one-click unsubscribe link in that email; this takes effect immediately for that sender.
